Our story began with two people wanting to have some fun -> that developed into a company with passion for turning ideas into reality.

Founded in 2014 by Linda Mostrup Pedersen and Lasse Chor, Happy42 was initiated as an innovation agency. Before launching Happy42, Linda and Lasse had already teamed up on several successful projects, building the foundation for what was to come.

In the early days, Happy42 primarily set its sights on innovation management and development for large corporations, helping them think outside the box and bring new ideas to life. Today, we continue to expand on that mission, blending creativity and expertise in every project we take on.

Over the years, our toolbox has grown beyond expectations! We now offer a mix of talent development, startup ecosystem, and cybersecurity. These days, you’ll find us juggling our own projects with trusted partners, jumping into client projects, or bringing a spark to in-house ventures and problems.
